Variety No.6 of 7 · Analytics & Measurement
Know what’s working. In one place.
Analytics, conversion tracking, consent and reporting set up so leadership can see what the marketing produced, in numbers the business already uses.
When this is the right call
Sound familiar?
The things people say in the first conversation, more or less word for word.
Decisions are made on instinct because the data is a mess
GA4 is installed but nobody trusts it. Conversions are unclear. Reports arrive late and answer nothing.
Suppliers each report their own numbers
The ads agency, the SEO freelancer and the web developer all look good on paper. The pipeline doesn’t.
Consent and privacy are an open question
Cookie banners, tag managers and tracking pixels were added over the years. Nobody knows what fires when.
A new site or campaign is launching
The best time to get measurement right is before the first visitor.
What we deliver
What’s in the box.
Scoped to your situation, but the core is consistent. You know exactly what you are buying before the work begins.
Measurement plan
What counts as an inquiry, a booking, a sale and a qualified lead, agreed in writing before anything is configured.
GA4 and Search Console
Configured properly, with events, conversions, audiences and the connections between them.
Tag and consent management
Tag Manager or Zaraz, pixels and consent behaviour verified in both accepted and declined paths.
Dashboards for leadership
One report, by source and landing page, in plain language, delivered on a cadence you set.
Attribution within reason
Multi-touch where it helps and honest caveats where it doesn’t. No false precision.
Audits and fixes
Finding the broken tracking, duplicated events and dead goals in an existing setup and repairing them.
How the engagement works
Understand. Align.
Sequence. Deliver.
- 1
Understand
What leadership needs to decide, and what the current setup can and cannot tell them.
- 2
Align
Definitions and targets agreed across marketing, sales and leadership.
- 3
Sequence
Fix tracking, then consent, then reporting, then attribution.
- 4
Deliver
Dashboards, documentation and a review rhythm your team can run without us.

The answers people usually want.
Do you work with our existing GA4 property?
Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of what is there, then repair and extension rather than a rebuild.
Can you handle consent compliance?
We configure and verify consent behaviour for analytics and advertising tags. For legal interpretation of your obligations, we work alongside your counsel.
What tools do you use?
GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager or Cloudflare Zaraz, Looker Studio and your CRM. Server-side tagging where the volume justifies it.
Is this a one-off project or ongoing?
Both. Setup and audit are projects; monthly reporting and review is a light retainer that many clients keep.
Let’s talk
Talk to us about analytics.
Describe the situation in a few lines and we’ll reply with a frank read on what to do first. Or skip the form and book thirty minutes. No deck, no pressure.
What happens next. A senior strategist reads every inquiry and replies personally, usually within two business days. The first conversation covers your situation, what you’ve tried, and whether we’re the right fit. If we aren’t, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
